our best friend is the photograph enthusiasm and love clicking photoes however the school rules not allowed to carry a camera or mobile phones as the classmoniter I am can't allowed this

if my best friend is a photographer i as a moniter would not allow him to bring any electronic things in the school as it is band to bring in school and rules are rules it cannot be brokes but i as a friend can talk to the principal or teacher about this problem.
