Explanation: Iron is one of the minerals most vital to human health. While all human cells contain iron, it is mostly found in red blood cells. The health benefits of managing iron levels include eliminating fatigue and many of its sources. Iron also plays a vital role in immune system function, treating anemia, boosting hemoglobin, and much more.1

Iron overdoses are rare. Most of the time, if there is more iron in the body than necessary, the body will save it for future use. Most people get all the iron they need from their diets, but certain illnesses may make it necessary to use iron supplements.

Answer:

Iron is in a very minute quantity.

Explanation:

The iron that we ingest and the iron that we use to build materials both are the same, but the quantity of it in both is different. The amount of iron used in hard physical iron that we can touch and use is measured in grams or kilograms or even tons. But the iron that we take in our body through food or iron tablets is in milligrams which is 1/1000 of a gram. The average recommended daily intake of iron is 18 milligrams a day or 0.018 gram for a person aged between 18 and 50 years old.
