Our Classroom
A class room refers to a place where classes are held for teaching students. I read in class VII and the students of our class are lucky that we have the best classroom in our campus .It is on the first floor of the three- storey school building. It is quite big, spacious ,well ventilated and well decorated .It has a long spacious verandah and there is a large playground in front of it . We, sixty students can sit together in the class room and we have 15 high benches in three queues . We sit on our respective seats allocated for us. There is a raised platform where there is a lectern for the teacher. Behind the stage, there is a whiteboard fixed to the wall. Pictures of eminent persons, students’ paintings, maps and Himalayan scenery bedeck the walls of my class-room. We feel comfortable in the class room as it has 4 windows and 2 doors to allow proper inflow of air and light. There are 4 fans and 3 tube lights which can be use depending upon the season. We always try to keep our class neat and tidy. We have two large bins inside the classroom so that we can keep the packets of biscuits, chips ,waste papers etc. Our teachers always tell us to maintain neatness and cleanliness .They also tell us to main best possible state of discipline in the classroom and we abide by their words . We regard this room as the best place for us we learn our lessons, discipline and attitude .Though we have to leave the classroom at the end of the day , we always remain eager to come to the classroom again . We should take best care of it .​
