The constitution of India guarantees certain basic rights to all it's citizens known as fundamental rights.They are given to the citizens to ensure that they live a safe and happy life. They are mostly helpful to lower sections of society who are often deprived of things and considered as inferior.

This right ensures the power of people . We all have got some power and these rights explain them clearly . Even Children have rights which are noted in children's bills of right . As India being a democratic country people have right to elect their representatives and leaders . It also ensures the rights of lower class people and also government tries to help this people. Government is a body securing this basic rights . We have got the basic right of freedom,speech, etc
