Our country has the money, knowledge and people with experience but cannot make the necessary healthcare available to all its citizens. What can we call such a situation?

Our country has money, knowledge and people with experience but cannot provide necessary healthcare to all its citizens. This means that the health service of our country is in a very bad condition. We have not organised the healthcare of our country properly, due to which we are not able to take full advantage of money, knowledge and experience.

To make any facility available to all the people, it is necessary that this facility should be properly managed. Convenience cannot be achieved by money, knowledge and experience alone. With the right management of the facility, the facility can be distributed properly among the people, because the health services are not properly managed in our country, that is why we all have the necessary health services despite having people with money, knowledge and experience. Can't make it available to everyone.
