even the fundamental rights are guaranteed by the constitution we cannot use it in the way as we need for a oppressive works
the courts have the power to stay some of the fundamental rights of hours if needed.
but irregular stoppage of the fundamental rights can be challenged in the courts so the government could not stop the individual from using the fundamental rights which are guaranteed by the constitution
