Fundamental rights are the basic freedoms given by the country to its citizens, in order to protect the social, political, ethical and economic standing of the citizens.

(i) The citizens have the right to express themselves, but there should be no hate speech according to the constitution. 

(ii) The constitution gives the right to choose, however it also has to safeguard ethnic minorities.
