1)to prevent spread of infection dieases the free movement of people can be restrided.
2)freedom to take any profession does not mean to take up gambling, smuggling, e.t.c.
3)nobody can claim to be a doctor unless he/she has the essential qualification.
4)freedom expression doesn't mean to write anything.
5)not to instigate communal violence.
