our human body should get 1800 kcal of energy in a day . an apple will provide 1/30 of the total energy,and a nutrition bar will provide 40/50of the Total energy . How much more energy does a human need if he eat a apple and a nutrition bar a day.

                         =1/30 * 1800 = 60 kcal energy

a nutrition bar gives = 40/50 of total energy that is 1800 kcal

                                  = 40/50 * 1800 = 40 * 36

                                  =1440 kcal energy

now total energy we get from apple and nutrition bar = 60 + 1440

                                                                                          = 1500 kcal

more energy the human will need is = 1800 - 1500

                                                             = 300 kcal
