Dear Sir,

               I am Arun and I am the resident of 112, Model town Delhi. I am writing this letter to your good self to bring your attention to the increasing rate of accidents in our metropolitan cities. The chief reason of these accidents is speeding and overloaded vehicles. We can prevent these accidents by developing a right attitude about driving and by limiting night driving and by limiting number of passengers. Thank you.
