our nose sometimes bleed in higher altitude because the atmospheric pressure in higher altitude is very low and the pressure of our body increases while breathing thus this can rupture the blood capilaries of our nose as our blood tends to utilize the oxygen present in our blood for respiration

Human body maintains pressure in blood circulation system based on atmospheric condition on earths surface. This pressure is slightly more than atmospheric pressure. Atmospheric pressure is low at high altitudes compare to atmospheric pressure on earth surface. Hence if we go high altitudes, we experience high pressure difference between outside atmosphere and pressure maintained by human body. Due to this high pressure difference, speed of blood flow increases and it gives rise to bleeding through nose.
