Tattered blanket is one of the nicest lessons in English. It is one of the sentimental lessons. It also learns us a value. It teaches us, how to be responsible regarding our parents, how to take care of them, etc. It also tells us, about the recklessness we keep towards our parents. It's such a beautiful lesson/story.
