Number of moles of CO2 at STP in this case will be, n=2.24 ×10-³ L/22.4 L = 0.0001 moles of CO2.
Number of molecules= no. of moles × Avogadro Number × 1.
No. of molecules = 0.0001 × 6.022 × 10^23 = 6.022 × 10^19 molecules.
Therefore at STP, number of molecules of CO2 is 6.022×10^19 molecules.
Number of molecules= no. of moles × Avogadro Number × 1.
No. of molecules = 0.0001 × 6.022 × 10^23 = 6.022 × 10^19 molecules.
Therefore at STP, number of molecules of CO2 is 6.022×10^19 molecules.
