Answer:

Total observations(students)=35

No. of Students who opted engineering=21

No. of students who opted financial management=35-21=14

Then,

Probability of choosing students who took financial management

=No.of students opting financial management/Total no.of observations

=14/35=2/5=0.4

Therefore,Probability of choosing students who opted for financial management is 2/5(0.4)

so in this question the total number of students is 35 and the 21 students are of automobile engineering we have to find the probability of the students financial management so firstly we have to find the students how many are doing the financial management so let's start

so 35 -21 = 14 get the number of financial management student is 14

the probability of getting choosing the students financial management is

P (e)=total number of students getting financial management/the total number of students

P(e)=14/35

P(e)=2/5

the answer of this question is 2 upon 5 I hope it will help you and if you like it
