Answer with Step-by-step explanation:

Number of students participating in classical dance = 9

Number of students participating in English debate = 12

Number of students participating in singing competition = 36 - (9+12)

                                                                                              = 36 - 21

                                                                                              = 15

Hence, The ratio of number of students participating in classical dance to the number of students participating in English debate :  9/12 = 3/4 = 3:4

The ratio of number of students participating in English debate to the number of students participating in singing competition : 12/15 = 4/5 = 4:5

The ratio of number of students participating in singing competition to the total number of students : 15/36 = 5/12 = 5:12
