we have to first choose 3 consonants from 7 consonants and 2 vowels from 4 vowels. we can do that in (7C3 * 4C2) ways.
The chosen 3 consonants and 2 vowels can be arranged in 5P5 ways.(assuming all the permutations of the five letters form words.)

So total words = 7C3 * 4C2 * 5P5 = 1209600

7c3*4c2*5!= 210*120 =25200
