write the equation : men/women= 3/2 ; men=3x, women = 2x ,Total =20

3x+2x=20

5x=20

x=20/5

x=4

Now, add this x value in to men and women values to get answer

men = 3x= 3(4)=12

women=2x=2(4)=8
