Thanks for your question...

Your required answer :

Given :

  • Students = 150

  • 1)skt =  \frac{1}{3}  \\  \\2) german =  \frac{2}{5}

To find :

  • No. of German students

Solution :

No. of Skt students :

  • = = > \frac{1}{3} \times 150 = 50 \: students

No. of German students :

  • = = > \frac{1}{5} = 150 = 30

Now ,

  • Add German and Sanskrit students and subtract it from French

  • 50 + 30 + French = 150
  • French = 150 - 80
  • French = 70 students

Total number of students in class

  • = 150

Number of students opted for sanskrit

  • = 150/3 = 50

Number of students opted for Hindi

  • = 2*150/5 = 60

Then,

Number of students opted for French

  • = 150 - 50 - 60 = 40 ans
