let one angle be x

then

x + (2/3)x = 90°

(3/3)x + (2/3)x = 90°

(5/3)x = 90°

5x = 90x3

5x = 270°

x = 270/5

  = 54°

1st angle = 54°

2nd angle = 2/3 x 54

                  = 2 x 18

                  = 36°

54+36 = 90°
