Acetic acid has higher boiling point then ethanol:
Due to presence of oxygen (more electronegative) atom.
Ethanol has one oxygen atom and acetic acid contains two oxygen atom so therefore acetic acid forms more H-bonds (hydrogen bonds) then that of ethanol with its neighboring molecules and a network of more and strong Hydrogen bonding is present in acetic which is responsible for its high boiling point.
