Crops like rice and sugarcane etc are required flood irrigation. ... But in sprinkle irrigation system, it provides water to root of plant as well as a humid environment for the plant growth. So for the uneven land we use drip irrigation system.

This system is more useful on the uneven land where sufficient water is not available. the perpendicular pipes having rotating nozzles on the top, and joined to the main pipe line at regular interval.
