As per the question,

Let tanvi's monthly salary be x.

House rent=30%.
Remaining=x(1-30/100)=70x/100.

Household expenditure=60%.
Remaining=70x/100(1-60/100)=70x/100*40/100=28x/100.

Also, savings=10500.

So, 28x/100=10500.
=>x=10500/28 × 100.
=>x=375×100=37500Rs.

So, tanvi's monthly salary is 37500Rs.
