the ink diffuses faster than water because the ink has very small particles in it and it occupies space in between the molecules of water but honey is more denser than water and its Viscosity is more than water.thats why ink diffuses faster than ink

Well, ink will diffuse faster than honey because of some of its properties, which are-

-Honey is more viscous than ink , and so it will take a few more time to diffuse. While on other side , ink is less viscous and will diffuse faster.

-Honey is denser too. Ink has small molecules and thus will occupy spaces between the water while honey is denser and has large molecules, so it will occupy space in water a big late.
