out of kCl & AgCl which one shows schokkty defect & why? ​

Actually the point is that AgCl do show Schottky defect along with Frenkel's defect. Since Schottky's defect is shown by crystals having high coordination no. & in which anion & cation have small sizes. And Frenkel defect is observed in those crystals where there is large difference in size of cation and anion so that either cation or anion (generally smaller in size) can move into the interstitial site.

So AgCl shows both Schottky defect & Frenkel defect. As Ag+ is small in size & Cl- is large in size which results in large difference in sizes of anion & cation due to this AgCl shows Frenkel deffect & it is also highly ionic due to same reason so it also shows Schottky deffect.
