out of the mn+2 or fe+2, mn+2 is more stable
because mn+2 have the electronic configuration (Ar) 3d5, 4s2 so an e- would present in d sub shell and have half filled configuration, tht why mn+2 is more stable
but in fe+2 it will goes in 3d6,4s2 so it will have less stability as compared mn+2
