This is so because N ,O and F have 5 ,6,7 electrons resp in their valence shell. thus, fluorine requires only one electron to complete its octet in comparison to nitrogen and oxygen, which require 2 and 3 electrons respectively. so the chemical reactivity increases from N to F.
