Out of ortho and para nitrophenol which is steam volatile and why

o-Nitrophenol forms intramolecular H bond whereas molecules of p-Nitrophenol get associated through intermolecular H bonding and relatively higher boiling point.

Therefore, o-Nitrophenol is more steam volatile than p-Nitrophenol.
