The maximum movement of particles is observed in the case of "gases", whereas the maximum intermolecular attractions and minimum spaces between particles are ideal properties of "solids".
Solids are a type of matter in which the molecules are tightly packed between each other and thereby they hold very less space in-between them and thereby increased interparticle attractions. Whereas this does not occur in the case of gases because they hold very high intermolecular space in between their molecules.
