none of these is a triplet

1) 5^2+12^2=25+144=169=13 not 14

2) 2^2+3^2=4+9=Root 13 not 4

3) 5^2 + 8 ^2 = 25+64 = Root 89 not 17

4) 2 ^ 2 + 5^2 = 25+4 = Root29 not 5
