we know the relation,
where K is temperature in Kelvin , C is temperature in degree and F is temperature in fahrenheit .
now,let's change all temperature in Kelvin for comparing.
(a) 420 K
(b) 130°C = 130+ 273 = 403K
(c) 310F => (K - 273)/100 = (310-32)/180
K -273 = 5(310 - 32)/9 = 278 × 5/9 = 154.44
K = 273 + 154.44= 427.44K
(d) 310K
here you can see highest temperature is option (c)

we know the relation,
\qquad\frac{K-273}{100}=\frac{C-0}{100}=\frac{F-32}{180}
100
K−273

C−0
=

F−32
