Boys and girls ratio = 7 : 6

Finding the Number of boys and girls -

Ratio = 7 : 6

Add the given Ratio = 7 + 6 = 13.

Number of Boys = 390 x 7/13 = 210

Number of Girls = 390 - 210 = 180

Finding the Number of Arts and Science students -

Ratio = 3 : 7

Add the given Ratio = 3 + 7 = 10

Number of Arts students = 390 x 3/10 = 117

Number of Science students = 390 - 117 = 273.

Finding the Number of boys studying in science -

Ratio = 4 : 5

Add the given Ratio = 4 + 5 = 9.
