Answer:

Inertia is directly proportional to the mass of the object. So if the mass of an object is more then it's inertia will be more else less. So from 5kg and 20kg, obviously 20kg is heavier so the inertia of the 20kg object is more and please thank my answer

Correct Question :-

Out of two bodies of masses 5 Newton and 20 Newton which one has more inertia?

Explaination :-

Before discussing the above question, let's firstly understand what is inertia!

According to “Newton's First Law Of Motion”, an object remains in the state of rest or of uniform motion, until an external unbalanced force acts on it. This law is also called “Law of Inertia”.

Inertia is the tendency of remaining into the state of rest or motion.

Now move on to the question!

Mass of an object is the measure of its inertia.

So,

Mass of an object is directly proportional to inertia. It means if mass is increased, inertia will also be increased. And when mass is decreased inertia will also be decreased.

In the Question, we are given two objects whose masses are 5 Newton and 20 Newton respectively and we are asked which object has more inertia.

Since 2nd object has more mass (20 Newton) and mass is directly proportional to inertia, so object with mass 20 Newton has more inertia.
