A pleasure afternoon my dear friend,

Activity -

Take a salt of P and make solution of it with water. Now make a reaction of it with Q.

P salt + Q   \: gives \: out  \: Q salt + P

You will see that a salt of Q is formed and P is seperated out .

Thus from this activity we get Q is more reactive than P.

So decreasing series of metal =

Q and then P
