wire a has greater resistivity becouse its croos section area is greater than wire b

as, resistance is inversely proportional to area of croos section of a conductor

wire P has greater resistivity

because

as the formula for R is rho l/A

for wire P it is as such rho l/A

but for wire Q it is rho l/A/2

is same as rho 2l/A

is same as 2 times rho l/A

hope it helps u
