answer monthly total expenses was 9431 and it will decreases from original expenses

Step-by-step explanation:

given:-

4750=food expenses

5900=other purpose

expenses on food is increased by 10%=2750×10÷100

=275

4750-275

=4475

other expenses decreased by 16=5900×16÷100

=944

5900-944

=4956

monthly expenses=4750+5900

=10650

monthly expenses after increasing or decreasing=

4475+4956

=9431
