Out of two solar cookers one was covered by plain glass slab and other was left open which of two solar cookers will be more efficient and why?

according to my point of view the first solar cooker which is covered with glass slab is less effective because most of the sunlight which is falling on the Solar Cooker is getting reflected back but II solar cooker is getting the maximum amount of Sunlight and no sunlight is getting bounced back so that is more effective!
