(where s = distance, u= initial velocity, t-time
and a= acceleration)

to prove- s =ut +1/2 at^2

wkt,

V avg=s/t

V avg= u+v/2

s = V avg x t

= v+u/2 x t

= u+at+u/2 x t

= 2u+at/2 x t

= u+at^2/2
