The regular natural change that occurs in the female reproductive organs is known as the menstrual cycle.

The lining of the womb or endometrium is prepared for a possible pregnancy during the 'uterine cycle'. During the 'ovarian cycle' an immature egg, primordial follicle or ovum develops in the ovary and is released into the outer end of the fallopian tube at ovulation when it is mature.

Explanation:

From the ovary every month one egg will be realeasing through fallopian tube to uterus and for the growing embryo if fertilised there will be a thick wall with blood capillaries formed but if the egg is not fertilised there is no need of the thick walls and the wall will break and passed through the vaginal passage and is called menstrual cylcle

I hope this helps u
