Outstanding subscription is the asset which sub classified as prepaid asset .
Outstanding subscription means income is due from members in the current financial year which will be received in the upcoming financial years

I think it is not an prepaid asset bcoz A prepaid asset is an expense that has already been paid for, but which has not yet been consumed.
