P is overlaping of two orbitals of dx2−y2 and is bonding=d-d σ bonding-2

Q is overlap of py and dxy, thus its π overlap and is bonding-p-d π bonding-3

R is overlap of py and dxy, thus its π overlap and is antibonding p-d π bonding-1

S is overlap of dz2 and dx2−y2, thus its σ overlap and is anti-bonding-d-d σ bonding-4
