yes,it is and we have to decrease our population and population causes more disadvantage in our country like less amount of land for more amount of people and less food grains of food items because India has more poor peoples and they can't grow crops.and population in more in India of poors and even it makes scarcity of food and when can population is more then the resources are needed in more amount and to produce more resources is not possible to the poors and to do this government should provide some jobs to poors also
