Hope you are healthy and fine. I am aware of the circumstances you are stuck in and I also understand your feelings for the same. Such circumstances can make anyone feel low and depressed, and it is totally normal to feel so.
With restrictions in movement due to Covid-19, I won't suggest you to hang out with anyone. But on the other hand, I would suggest you to get out, on the terrace or garden, and take some fresh air.
I know you have locked yourself in the room and you don't want to step out. But believe me, after so long of seeing the beauty of nature and drowning in your thoughts, you will feel totally refreshed.
Your mind might think differently, your perception will change and you will see the positive side of your situation. You will also find ways to handle the situation efficiently like you should and like you hold the capability to do so.
