Own understanding of this bible verse:
"I was pushed back and about to fall,but the lord helped me. The lord is my strength and my defense he has become my salvation."

in life at certain times we r in great danger and are about to fall in those times we might have a coincident or a miracle which may give is strength or it may also provide us encouragement that is god here and at that condition that power becomes ur gr8est power and that is the only solution to ur problem it is it only defense and it should be also ur only salvation

It means that sometimes such conditions or problems come in front where we don't understand what to do..Here Lord is our conscience...we physically think that we are not capable of doing something....but mentally our conscience always provides us the power to fight with problems and to always move one.... step forward to our destination rather than returning back...

Everytime our conscience becomes our adviser and motivates us to fight with problems.....
