Co is in +3 Oxidation state.

As only 1 K(with chage = +1) is present outside coordination sphere.. that means the charge on coordination sphere is -1.

The charge on one C2O4 molecule is -2 so charge due to 2 molecule = -4 . NH3 is neutral species.. So for total charge on coordination sphere = -1 Co must have a charge of +3
