Answer:
Hybridization and Electron Pair Geometry
Hybridization and Electron Pair GeometryIf there are only two bonds and one lone pair of electrons holding the place where a bond would be then the shape becomes bent. For sp3 hybridized central atoms the only possible molecular geometry is tetrahedral. If all the bonds are in place the shape is also tetrahedral.

ANSWER
In h2o oxygen is the central atom and oxygen has 6 electrons .
2 hydrogen atom forming two bonded pairs and rest two pair electron remain as lone pair.
thus oxygen is surrounded by 4 pair of electron and it adopt tetrahedral arrangement but
due to the presence of lone pair it exist in bent shape.

hope it helps you ✌️✌️
