It does. Let me tell you why

U should look into the electronic configuration of oxgen. You'll see that there are two unpaired(rather free) electrons which can move easily and oxgen can also accommodate 2 electrons as well. Thus whenever electron is allowed to move in any substance freely enough, it can conduct electricity.
