Oxygen is found in the lower layer of the atmosphere. Give reason.

Because Carbon dioxide is only about 0 . 038 % of atmosphere while there is almost 21 % of Oxygen and almost 70% nitrogen . Hence, the concentration ofOxygen is greater than CO2. It plays the key role and that is why it doesn't form the lower layer in atmosphere.
