There are two types of government. = (1) Democratic (2) Non-democratic Often it has three parts - legislature, executive and judiciary.[1][2] Through the government, the policy of governance is implemented in the state. The system of government refers to the political system by which the government of the state is known.

States are administered by constantly changing governments. [3] Every new government is a group of individuals who make or control political decisions. The function of the government is to make new laws, keep the old laws in force and mediate disputes. In some societies this group is self-nominated or hereditary. In other societies, such as democracies, the political role is performed by ever-changing individuals.[4]

In the parliamentary system, the government refers to the executive branch of the presidential system. In this system, there is a Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in the nation and Chief Minister and Council of Ministers in the state. In western countries there is a clear difference between government and system. Non-re-election of the government by the people does not show that the people are unhappy with their state machinery. But in some totalitarian systems of governance this distinction is not so clear. The reason for this is that the rulers there remove this line for their benefit. [5]
