Ozone is the only gas in atmosphere which absorbs UV radiation coming from sun in stratosphere. UV radiation cause skin cancer in living organism. By absorbing uv radiation Ozone layer protect us from many skin diseases. But at Ground level it is threat to living organism. Breathing ozone can cause decrease Lung functioning,chest pain, coughing, throat irritation, and congestion.Long term exposure led to bronchitis and asthama . Ozone at ground level reduce crop yield .
