Prevents the entry of harmful uv rays of sun by entering in the atmosphere by absorbing them

Ozone(03) layer is present in the atmosphere.It protect earth from ultraviolet rays of the sun.Ozone is damaged by the CFC(chlorofluorocarbons).CFC is released from the refrigerator and air conditioner.
